SHIPPING
Our garments are not mass produced and are printed to order, with due care and attention.
Shipping time 3-5 working days, plus initial 2 working days for order processing.
The availability of any items on the site is always subject to change. The best way to stay up to date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales is to sign up for our newsletter and follow our social channels.
RETURNS
Each item is made to order, so unless there is damage, we are not able to accept any returns. Non personalised items can be exchanged for another size. Personalised items cannot be exchanged.
Any items received damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. All returns must be unworn, unaltered or unwashed and must be returned in their original condition, and accompanied by their original tags intact. Items returned damaged will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Returns must take place within 28 days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the items returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the our warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received that do not comply with the above may be denied.
